Four lifelong friends, known as the Flossy Posse, find themselves drifting apart over time. When lifestyle guru Ryan Pierce, often referred to as "the next Oprah", receives a chance to be the keynote speaker at the Essence Music Festival, she seizes the moment to invite her friends along for a much-needed getaway.
