After five years as a POW and being betrayed by a fellow Marine, homeless Vietnam veteran Roy Evans reunites with his former commander, Dundee. The FBI assigns them to track down Slisko, now an arms dealer suspected of murdering several women. Evans and Dundee confront their trauma as they return to Southeast Asia to capture the rogue ex‑comrade.
