Milo attends a Narcotics Anonymous meeting and admits he is five days clean. He confesses that the stress of his daughter's upcoming 25th birthday party could push him back toward old habits. He leaves the meeting with his henchman Branko to collect a drug shipment.

On the way to collect the shipment, Milo discovers the cargo is 10,000 ecstasy pills instead of heroin. He demands an explanation from his men and seeks out Albanian supplier Luan for answers. Luan agrees to send a new heroin shipment and also lets Milo try selling the ecstasy.

Milo meets with Luan, who commits to supplying heroin and permits Milo to attempt selling the ecstasy. The arrangement gives Milo a way to keep his operation afloat while he figures out the ecstasy market.

Milo returns to the club kitchen to prepare for the party, juggling guests, cooking, and the mounting pressure. He forces his henchmen to taste his cooking to ensure quality and control. He meets Little Muhammed, who drops off the daily haul and bluntly asserts himself as part of the new order.

Muhammed explains he can set up a buyer for the ecstasy since Milo can't move the product during the party. With his men falling ill from the feast, Milo must rely on Muhammed to seal a sale within an hour. The clock starts as the party looms, heightening the tension.

While buying wine at an underground shop, Milo learns Milena's boyfriend Mike is really a drug dealer. He forces Mike to accept him as his sole supplier and negotiates price with Milena, tightening his control over the family's drug dynamics. The shifting loyalties add strain to Milo's personal life.

Waiting for an emergency fish delivery, Milo encounters Kurt the Cunt, a low-level dealer who gives him some heroin. Milo experiences a fleeting rush, but four hours pass without word from Muhammed. He calls a corrupt cop who promises to locate Muhammed, underscoring the web of corruption around him.

When Milo meets Luan to explain the missing ecstasy, the Albanians press him into a partnership. Rexho, an Albanian enforcer, and a Polish pimp arrive to push a young girl into prostitution, pulling Milo deeper into a violent web. The situation tightens around his urgency to keep the operation afloat.

The plan to sell the girl to Jeanette, a local brothel operator, collapses when Jeanette refuses, sensing the girl may be underage. Milo gives the girl a piece of his daughter's birthday cake after she reveals that it is her birthday as well, a rare moment of humanity in an otherwise brutal night. The pimp forces Milo to press harder, triggering a dangerous confrontation.

When Rexho leaves, the girl tries to flee and Milo helps corner her, triggering the pimp's violent reaction with boiling water on the girl's hand. Milo loses his temper and pummels the pimp to death with a hammer, and he silences Rexho when the Albanian returns. The night spirals further into chaos as violence escalates.

A corrupt cop delivers Muhammed in the trunk of a car, warning Milo not to hurt him. With few options left, Milo turns to Radovan, his old ally who has left the underworld to run a kebab restaurant. Radovan agrees to help one last time, guiding Milo through Muhammed's torture.

Muhammed reveals that the ecstasy Milo received were fake pills. Milo and Radovan place Muhammed in a freezer and begin to dismantle the two corpses for disposal, closing off the night’s chain of violence. The episode leaves Milo with few avenues left and a heavy burden of guilt.

Dawn breaks as Milo returns home and speaks with Milena, who wonders why he vanished during the party. He steps into the backyard, lights a cigarette, and gazes at the empty swimming pool, facing the consequences of the night’s violence. The scene underscores the fractured world he inhabits and the losses he cannot undo.
