In a dystopian future where mutants dominate society, a group of fraternity pledges devise a scheme to abduct Eddie Pain, the charismatic leader of an anti‑nuclear mutant protest movement ravaged by toxic poisoning. Their plan goes awry when Eddie is killed by one of his own guards, leaving the pledges falsely accused of murder and pursued relentlessly through the city.
