Final Destination: Bloodlines

In 1968, Iris Campbell and her fiancé Paul attend the highly anticipated opening ceremony of the Skyview Restaurant Tower. The event features a lively dance party, where festivities are in full swing, capturing the excitement of the public.

During the dance party, Iris experiences a chilling premonition about an impending disaster. She sees a chandelier's shard crack the fragile glass floor, causing a catastrophic explosion and the subsequent collapse of the tower.

As predicted, the gas heater leaks and a massive explosion occurs, resulting in the tower's collapse. Tragically, everyone in attendance, including Iris and Paul, meet a horrific fate in the disaster.

Fast forward to the present, college student Stefani Reyes is haunted by vivid nightmares about Iris' horrific premonition and the tower's destruction. Feeling compelled to seek answers, she returns home to confront her family's dark history.

Stefani arrives at home to reunite with her father Marty and younger brother Charlie. Together, they visit their relatives, including Uncle Howard and Aunt Brenda, to gather information about Iris and her troubled past.

Stefani visits her grandmother Iris' secluded cabin in the woods, where Iris reveals the chilling truth about Death's vengeance. She explains that by warning Paul and the guests, she disrupted Death's plan, leading to a series of deadly consequences for themselves and their descendants.

After Iris reveals the truth, a tragic accident occurs when a weather vane impales her through the mouth, leading to her demise. This marks a turning point for Stefani and her family, as they realize the danger is far from over.

At a family barbecue after the funeral, Stefani discovers Iris' book detailing the omens of Death. As she learns of a survivor who once defeated Death, the atmosphere quickly turns tense as untold dangers loom over them.

In a shocking turn of events, Howard steps on glass and falls in harm's way of a lawn mower, resulting in a gruesome fatality. This incident drives the family to confront the lingering threat posed by Death.

After witnessing more tragic incidents, including Erik's injury in a fire, Stefani and Charlie urgently warn their cousins. However, they are met with skepticism, resulting in Julia's untimely death when she is crushed inside a garbage truck.

Darlene suggests visiting a hospital to locate J. B., who turns out to be the key to their survival. He provides vital information on defeating Death, revealing that only 'new life' can break the cycle of death they are trapped in.

At Charlie's graduation ceremony, the siblings realize a shocking truth about the timing of death in drowning cases. Just as they grasp their fate, disaster strikes again when a train derails nearby, claiming their lives in an instant.
