After hitman Takeshi assassinates mobster Iwaida Nishikawi, Iwaida’s family pursues him. Takeshi’s brothers, Takashi and Hideshi Miwa, search for their sibling, who is hidden with nurse Rie Ishibashi, while Hideshi discovers that their Yakuza boss secretly ordered the killing. Meanwhile, mobster Kenmoshi kidnaps and rapes Takashi’s wife Mariko, using the assault to force Takashi to deliver his brother.
