During the Mexican Revolution, guerrilla leader General Reyes and his band seize the conservative town of Cholula, just outside Mexico City. While the rebels pillage the town’s wealth, Reyes becomes captivated by the fiery, beautiful Beatriz Peñafiel, daughter of one of Cholula’s wealthiest families, setting love against the fury of war.
