Marek, a young Ukrainian immigrant, navigates life in Paris alongside his friends from Eastern Europe. They often hang out near the crowded streets of Gare du Nord, immersing themselves in the vibrant yet challenging atmosphere of the city.

One fateful day, Daniel, a French businessman in his 50s, spots Marek and approaches him with curiosity. Their conversation leads to an arrangement for Marek to visit Daniel's home the following evening.

When Marek arrives at Daniel's apartment, he is shocked to find a 14-year-old boy claiming to be him. This boy accuses Daniel of inappropriate intentions, creating an atmosphere of tension and confusion.

To Daniel's bewilderment, the boy invites more Eastern European youths, culminating in a wild party. Led by their assertive leader Boss, the gang wreaks havoc, leaving Daniel's apartment in complete disarray.

As the party spirals out of control, the real Marek makes an entrance without hesitation. He seemingly embraces the mayhem, further complicating Daniel's feelings about the situation.

Daniel wakes up the next day to find his apartment in shambles, a physical manifestation of the prior night's chaos. This prompts him to reflect on the unsettling experiences and his interactions with Marek.

Daniel encourages Rouslan to break away from the dangerous gang, but tensions escalate. Retrieving Rouslan’s passport from Boss becomes a harrowing challenge, emphasizing the danger that surrounds them.

Daniel learns about Rouslan’s alarming situation at a hotel controlled by Boss. Resolute to rescue him, Daniel prepares for a perilous confrontation, knowing the risks involved while seeking help from a sympathetic concierge.

As Daniel confronts Boss during the rescue operation, police arrive just in time to assist. The atmosphere is charged with anxiety as Daniel fights to ensure Rouslan's safety amidst the chaos.

Months later, Daniel takes significant steps to adopt Rouslan, hopeful about their future together. Leaving the courthouse, they receive encouragement that their unconventional case may be approved, signifying a new chapter in their lives.
