Dragonheart: Vengeance

Years after the bond between Drago and Gareth, Siveth travels to Wallachia where she is welcomed by King Razvan. When Razvan is wounded in battle, Siveth refuses to share her heart, and as a result she is banished. The act sows a quiet but lasting rift between magic and power.

Twenty to thirty years pass and a young farmer named Lukas returns to a ruined home as savage raiders plunder the countryside. He seeks aid from Razvan, but the king rebuffs him, offering neither comfort nor counsel. The denial deepens Lukas's resolve to find who will stand with ordinary people.

A swashbuckling mercenary named Darius enters the fray, offering to hunt the raiders responsible for the devastation. His arrival sparks a fierce brawl with a rival mercenary band, forcing Lukas to flee for safety. This encounter hints at a history between violence and survival, and that Darius may know where true strength lies.

A meeting with a blacksmith hints that Siveth—the dragon once banished from Razvan’s rule—might hold the key to the town’s questions. Lukas’s hunger for answers deepens as the possibility of magic returning to help grows clearer. The moment plants the seed of a potential alliance.

Driven by curiosity and a sense of debt, Lukas travels into the countryside to find Siveth, offering a bag of crop seed as payment for aid. Siveth senses Lukas’s motive is vengeance rather than justice and refuses to help. Lukas leaves with a clarified, unsettled purpose, while Darius continues to follow.

Darius and Lukas form a tentative partnership as they press deeper into danger. Darius teaches Lukas the basics of combat and discipline, preparing him for what lies ahead. Siveth travels with them, hidden in plain sight as Lukas’s horse, complicating every step.

Their pursuit leads them to The Bear, a brutal fighter who leads his band with cold efficiency. Siveth, still along for the ride, reveals herself by riding Lukas’s horse, testing trust and strategy. A heated argument with Siveth drives Darius to part ways, and the remaining pair confront the raiders on their own.

The Wolf is subdued and kept alive for the information he can provide about the others. Siveth’s icy countermeasures cost him an arm, a brutal reminder of the price of deceit. Their squad moves on to track The Snake and The Scorpion.

With The Snake in custody, Darius decodes messages that reveal Razvan’s direct involvement in the raids. Lukas grows closer to Oana, the town healer he met earlier, offering a fragile personal hope amid ruin. Siveth retrieves the raiders’ orders from Razvan’s guards, seeking evidence to expose the truth.

The pursuit leads into an ambush laid by The Scorpion and The Snake. The Scorpion poisons Lukas and The Snake wounds him, forcing Darius to confront the possibility that their shared mission could end in tragedy. Siveth abandons part of her plan to secure evidence in order to save Lukas and Darius.

In the clash that follows, Darius kills The Scorpion and Siveth takes down The Snake, showing the true cost of vengeance. Lukas, humbled, apologizes for letting vengeance darken his heart, and Darius and Siveth begin to reconcile. Siveth pleads for a chance to save Lukas if the moment arrives.

Siveth guides Lukas to a monastery where Darius was raised, giving him space to heal as the two men rebuild their sense of purpose. Weeks pass and Lukas recovers with Oana’s help; Razvan appears before a crowd, demanding Lukas yield and Siveth’s exile resume. The Wolf returns and confesses his role in Razvan’s schemes, and Razvan and the Wolf are imprisoned.

Time passes and Siveth’s return to the community becomes a symbol of renewal. She shares the saved crop seed to end the famine while Lukas rebuilds his home with Oana by his side. The kingdom recognizes Lukas for his bond with Siveth, Darius continues to live among the people, and the tale closes on resilience, justice, and belonging.
