Dragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Coming

After his defeat by Goku, Broly's escape pod crashes on Earth. He regains consciousness and repeats the name Kakarot, then returns to his Base form. He lies dormant and is frozen within a crater.

Seven years later, Goten, Trunks, and Videl search for the Dragon Balls and encounter a village terrorized by a monster and a dubious shaman who demands human sacrifice. They devise a rescue plan to bait the monster, which is revealed to be a dinosaur, and they kill it. With the threat eliminated, the shaman is exiled and the group resumes their hunt.

Unbeknownst to them, Goten's cries awaken Broly as night falls. The group rests for the night after collecting six of seven Dragon Balls, while the dormant threat begins to stir.

Broly materializes and fights Videl in the nearby area, quickly dispatching her and leaving her unconscious. Goten and Trunks arrive to help but are overwhelmed and retreat.

Gohan arrives to help the group as they try to gather the Dragon Balls to wish Broly away. He is unable to overpower Broly initially, and the fight continues.

In the heat of the battle, Gohan ascends to Super Saiyan 2 to challenge Broly, who counters by transforming into the Legendary Super Saiyan form. The stakes rise as the two power up.

Gohan lures Broly into a pit of lava, where the beast is consumed and Gohan collapses from exhaustion. Krillin arrives moments later to help pull them to safety.

Moments after the lava sequence, Broly re-emerges and attacks Gohan, having incapacitated Krillin. Videl attempts to intervene but is unable to stop the rampage.

Gohan steadies himself and fires a Kamehameha to oppose Broly. Broly responds with a gigantic energy sphere that collides with the Kamehameha, pushing their blasts toward each other.

During the stalemate, the Dragon Balls grant a wish and Goku appears to join his sons. They fire a Father-Sons Kamehameha, but Broly resists. Trunks launches a blast to divert him, and the family finally pushes Broly into space with a final Kamehameha.

Broly hurtles into space and collides with the Sun, dying in the blast. Gohan and Goten wonder if their father was truly there, and Gohan thanks him for the help. Krillin, Videl, and Trunks join in celebrating their victory.
