In this crossover adventure, Yoshiharu Igasaki [Tatsuki Ishikawa] is desperate at the sight of the Zyuohgers and the Ninningers apparently dead. Back to the previous day, Yamato Kazakiri [Masaki Nakao], Sela [Miki Yanagi], Leo [Shohei Nanba], Tusk [Tsurugi Watanabe], and Amu [Haruka Tateishi] are camping by a river when they are attacked by Takaharu Igasaki [Shunsuke Nishikawa], Yakumo “Cloud” Katou [Gaku Matsumoto], Nagi Matsuo [Kaito Nakamura], Fuuka Igasaki [Yuuka Yano], and Kasumi Momochi / MomoNinger [Kasumi Yamaya], who mistake them for evil Youkai. The clash between the two Sentai teams is brutal, leaving Yamato and Takaharu stranded while the others return home to meet Runrun [Haruka Fukuhara], an alien who claims the Zyuohgers betrayed her tribe. She is actually Gilmarda [Nozomu Sasaki], an assassin hired by Naria [Minako Kotobuki] in disguise, intent on sowing distrust by using pollen to jam all nearby communications. Meanwhile, Takaharu’s son Yoshiharu from the future arrives to prevent the Zyuohgers and Ninningers from killing each other and thus preserving the history of Super Sentai.
Misao Mondo [Naoki Kunishima], a member of the Ninningers known as Zyuoh The World, disappears from Uncle Mario’s house after Misao is abducted by the other Ninningers. Runrun uses vines and a mask to restrain him, while the Zyuohgers encounter Kinji Takigawa [Hideya Tawada], a fellow Ninninger, and capture him after learning Misao was taken. Back at the Ninningers’ residence, the mask in Misao’s mouth speaks with his voice to incriminate him, and Misao struggles to convey the truth to his friends. The next day, six Zyuohgers and six Ninningers gather at a crowded stadium, and their confrontation seems to end in tragedy—until Yoshiharu steps in and reveals that Runrun’s illusion masked the truth, prompting the Ninningers to apologize and join forces with the Zyuohgers to outwit Runrun’s plot.
Exposed, Gilmarda sheds his disguise and summons clones of Bangray, Jagged, Gengetsu Kibaoni, Raizo Gabi and Masakage Tsugomori to fight the united teams. The Zyuohgers’ Zyuoh Eagle and the Akaninger face a Gengetsu clone, while Yoshiharu and Tsumuji Igasaki [Toshihiro Yashiba] step forward to help. A sealing shuriken appears and transforms into a Nin Shuriken, which Yoshiharu uses alongside his father and grandfather to become Akaninger and take on Gengetsu. Zyuoh Eagle pursues Gilmarda as Naria brings Azald [Jouji Nakata] and Quval [Mitsuo Iwata] to assist, but Bud [Kohei Murakami] blocks their advance just in time, and the Kyurangers arrive to drive the trio away, signaling that history has been restored and the Super Sentai legacy can continue.
With the clones destroyed, the Ninningers and Zyuohgers unite to confront Gilmarda, who swells to colossal size with Continue Medals and vows to wipe out the planet. The two Sentai teams fuse their powers to form Wild Tousai Dodeka King and King Shurikenzin, only to be overwhelmed by the villain. They glimpse the memories of the previous Red Sentai and are granted the combined power of all Super Sentai, allowing them to forge Wild Tousai Shuriken King and destroy Gilmarda once and for all. Yoshiharu is sent back to the future, where his father’s fate appears changed, and Takaharu discovers that his future wife is pregnant, revealing that he has just married—a fact that astonishes his family and alters their understanding of the timeline. In the end, the two teams acknowledge that the history and spirit of Super Sentai endure, with new bonds formed and the legacy carried forward.
