Phani (Chiranjeevi) turns to theft to support the poor and is in love with Manju Latha, Kodandaramayya’s daughter. He vows revenge on Kodandaramayya for murdering his father while also trying to secure a ₹50,000 dowry so his sister Malathi can marry Rajesh, Anjaneyulu’s son. Simultaneously, income‑tax officer Vishwanatham seeks the same Rajesh for his sister Rekha’s wedding. With police assistance, Phani dismantles Kodandaramayya’s gang and exacts his vengeance.
