A record number of shoes are put out for Sinterklaas this year, but the celebrations are threatened by the villainous Kornee. Feeling slighted because he never received a gift from Sinterklaas as a child, Kornee seeks revenge by creating Moepies, mischievous cuddly toys, to steal presents. When the shoes themselves vanish, the Petes are wrongly accused, and Sinterklaas is baffled. Can they solve the mystery and save the holiday in time?
