A frantic man and woman, both in jumpsuits, flee from a gang of ruthless pirates led by Fender. In a heroic attempt to buy time for his partner Pearl, the man tragically meets his end at the hands of the marauders.

Pearl, revealed to be a CYBORG, possesses the cure to the plague stored safely in her brain. The ruthless Fender seeks to capture her in hopes of exploiting her unique capabilities for his own gain.

Just as Pearl is cornered by pirates, urban ninja Gibson intervenes and fights off the attackers. This timely rescue allows Pearl to confide in him about her mission to reach the doctors in Atlanta.

While escaping the alley, Gibson is caught in gunfire and forced to take refuge in a dilapidated wooden structure, which ultimately collapses. This setback does not deter him, as he vows to rescue Pearl from Fender's clutches.

After emerging from the rubble, Gibson navigates through a devastated village where he encounters Nady, a survivor of Fender's assault. As Nady regains consciousness, Gibson grapples with memories of a family he once saved.

Gibson and Nady travel to a shantytown where they find Maize, who provides valuable information about Fender's location. They reflect on Gibson’s past choices, realizing that his path has been shaped by the family he saved.
