The victor will gain control over communications between the northern and southern regions. Simultaneously, French spy Michael, working for the West, is tasked with securing the win for his side, aiming to control Africa's valuable mineral resources. He assembles a team including a skilled mercenary, Lauder, and a former general, Kabbah, to ensure his success. Unaware of their scheme, Yan Jian discovers the conspiracy and becomes the only person capable of stopping them.
