Chennai City Gangsters

Pasupathy enlists Paandi and Poochi to carry out a fake robbery at Psycho Salim's house to claim insurance money. However, they mistakenly go to the wrong house and beat up an innocent police officer before completing the intended robbery at Psycho Salim's residence. They celebrate their loot, transferring the money into a backpack, but a rag picker mistakenly takes the bag with trash.

Inspector Aabathu, who was beaten by Paandi and Poochi during their earlier mistake, leads the police investigation into the theft at Psycho Salim's house. Meanwhile, Nettai contacts them for help retrieving the lost money, prompting the duo to seek assistance from four eccentric old gangsters.

Paandi and Poochi attempt to rob a jewelry shop with their aged gangster friends, but due to their disabilities and carelessness, the plan fails. Frustrated, they abandon this attempt and return to the gangsters to hatch a new plan.

The gangsters reveal their plan to loot the World Oriental Wealth Bank, involving a long underground subway tunnel they are digging from a fake pizza shop front operated by Jenny. They had previously been betrayed by the bank's manager, Dharman, leading to their arrest and development of disabilities during imprisonment.

Minister Sengundran's private videos are leaked, and he enlists Inspector Aabathu to delete them and identify the culprit. Before action can be taken, Aabathu is killed in a dog attack, and the videos are found to be stored on a pen drive in the bank's locker.

AABathu's team plans a fake bank robbery to retrieve the pen drive with the videos. Paandi and his team sneak into the bank using the ongoing tunnel, aiming to loot the locker containing the pen drive, money, and jewels amid chaos and mistaken identities.

Paandi's team kidnaps Priya, Dharman's daughter, who is about to elope. Paandi decides to reunite her with her lover, while Memory Dass re-kidnaps Priya later for ransom, demanding ₹1 crore. Meanwhile, Jenny confesses her love for Paandi.

Paandi and his team, aided by the aged gangsters, open the bank locker and retrieve the ₹2 crore money, along with the stolen pen drive. They aim to escape through the tunnel, but Split Soosai's split personality causes chaos, and the pen drive with the private videos is lost amid the confusion.

During the escape, the pen drive is found by transgender individuals who accidentally play the private videos publicly, making them viral. The police, including Aabathu's team, arrive to control the scene, but the chaos leads to widespread exposure of the minister's secret videos.

Psycho Salim captures Pasupathy's family because of the missing ₹2 crore. Paandi and Poochi arrive with the money to rescue them from Salim. Meanwhile, a fight erupts, and due to devaluation of currency, the looted money becomes worthless. The stolen jewels are taken by the rag picker before they can recover them.
