Catwoman, Elizabeth Gillies, infiltrates a glamorous, dangerous costume party hosted by La Dama, Jacqueline Obradors, Leviathan’s enigmatic head, with the goal of stealing the Cat’s Eye Emerald from Gotham City’s mobster Black Mask, Jonathan Banks. She narrowly evades waves of pursuing gangsters but is knocked out by Batwoman, Stephanie Beatriz, in the ensuing pursuit.

Barbara Minerva, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, a.k.a. Cheetah, recovers the emerald and marks Catwoman for murder.

Catwoman wakes on a plane bound for Shanghai in the custody of Batwoman and Interpol agents Julia Pennyworth, Lauren Cohan, and King Faraday, Jonathan Frakes. They explain they plan to use the emerald as a tracking beacon to locate Leviathan’s leaders. In exchange for her cooperation, Catwoman is promised amnesty for her past crimes. She agrees, then secretly reaches out to her friend Holly to check in on several girls under her care. After locating Leviathan’s hideout, Catwoman and Batwoman infiltrate it, but are met with attack from Cheshire, Kelly Hu, and Nosferata, Zehra Fazal, alongside several high-ranking Leviathan operatives. The Leviathan guards are defeated and arrested, though Minerva escapes.

Catwoman receives her pardon and leaves, seemingly shrugging off the ongoing threat Leviathan poses to her. Later, Catwoman is ambushed by League of Assassins agents sent by Talia al Ghul, Zehra Fazal, Leviathan’s true leader. Batwoman arrives to help, but the two women are blindsided by Solomon Grundy, Steve Blum. Though Batwoman is knocked out, Catwoman defeats Grundy, and Minerva retaliates by transforming into her werecheetah form and attacking. Catwoman taunts Minerva, revealing she recently dismantled one of Leviathan’s human trafficking rings and rescued captives in Sochi. When Minerva lunges, Catwoman dodges and strangles her with a whip. Lightning strikes both of them, sending them plummeting from a construction crane. Batwoman saves Catwoman while Minerva lies incapacitated on the ground.

Interpol takes Minerva and Grundy into custody, and Catwoman warns Faraday that Leviathan remains active before reclaiming the emerald and heading to London to target the Tower of London.
