Catch Me Daddy

A young Pakistani woman, Sameena Jabeen Ahmed, named Laila, finds herself living in a caravan with her boyfriend Aaron after escaping the constraints of her family life. Struggling to make ends meet, they rely on Laila’s modest salary from a local hair salon. However, their fragile peace is shattered when Laila’s brother and his associates track them down while Aaron is away.

In a tragic turn of events, Laila’s brother confronts her at the caravan, leading to a violent struggle that ends with him accidentally fatally wounded. Seizing this opportunity, Laila manages to slip away through a window and eventually reunites with Aaron.

Their situation becomes dire when Aaron receives a chilling photograph of his mother bound and gagged, prompting them to surrender to their pursuers. They are met by two vehicles, and in a shocking act of brutality, one of the hired thugs ruthlessly murders Aaron with an axe. Witnessing this horror, Tony drives up in a panic, brandishing a gun, and manages to rescue Laila from the chaos.

Tony delivers Laila back to her distraught father, seeming to fulfill a transaction before leaving the scene. In a heartbreaking climax, Laila finds herself trapped in a chilling scenario, having to place a noose around her neck while standing on a chair. She pleads with her father to allow her to remove it, but in a tumultuous blend of grief and fury over the loss of his son, he sits helplessly on the floor with his head in his hands. The film concludes with Laila’s fate hanging in the balance, shrouded in uncertainty and despair.
