Irena Gallier arrives in New Orleans to reunite with her estranged brother, Paul. The vibrant city greets her as Paul meets her at the airport, ready to welcome her into his life.

On her first evening, Paul plans to meet a sex worker in a seedy hotel. However, the meeting goes awry, leading to chaos as Paul transforms into a panther and becomes trapped inside the hotel.

As chaos unfolds with Paul stuck in his panther form, Curator Oliver Yates and his team are called to capture the rogue panther. This marks the beginning of a terrifying hunt for the creature.
