Boomer and his group capture Gus and a group of Americans dressed as Canadians who were attempting to destroy a hydroelectric plant. They cross the border into Canada, during which Honey is left behind and arrested by Mounties.

In a rescue-style operation, Boomer, Roy Boy, and Kabral infiltrate a Canadian hydroelectric facility and trigger a countrywide blackout. The incident heightens tensions and pushes Canada into the crisis spotlight.
