In a bid to salvage the season, Carson proposes merging the two squads into a single team—the East-West Coast Shets—and, with Brooke's reluctant agreement, patch their uniforms to symbolize unity. The uneasy alliance begins to form as they train together.

The newly formed Shets sneak into Camp Victory to scout its star team, the Flamingos, and gain insights for their own routine. Carson draws inspiration from a Double Dragon ride at the amusement park to craft a fresh, dynamic routine.

On competition day, the Shets execute their routine flawlessly and win Camp Victory's event outright. Carson and Penn share a kiss during the celebrations, signaling a possible reconciliation. It is revealed that Camp Victory was the one responsible for stealing the Spirit Stick.
