The movie opens with a man, Phil (Richard Tyson), who is later revealed to be the kidnapper, driving his van to a desolate house situated in a remote area. After preparing a meal, he descends into the basement where a young girl, Eve (Tina Ivlev), is held captive, her leg shackled to the floor. In a desperate act, Eve seizes a brick and strikes him violently on the head before searching for a way to escape. She successfully finds the keys and frees herself from her chains, turning the weapon against Phil by chaining his leg instead.

Eve bolts out of the house only to discover she is utterly alone in the wilderness, with no one in sight to assist her. The van remains out of reach since she does not have the keys. After rummaging through the house, she finds a phone, but her desperate attempts to call the police are thwarted. While on her quest for the van keys, she stumbles upon a revolver and a chilling folder filled with photographs of other girls, including her own image, revealing the sinister truth that she is not Phil’s first victim.

Determined to take matters into her own hands, Eve bathes, dons Phil’s clothes, and confronts him in the basement, wielding the revolver. She demands information about the other girls, but Phil taunts her, explaining that he alone knows their locations and if she kills him, those girls will remain lost forever. After striking a grim deal where he agrees to show her the other captives in exchange for medical help, she compels him to lead her to the nearest victim—a young black girl named Nina.

When Eve reaches the first house, she manages to unlock Nina’s chains, but panic ensues as Nina flees in terror, tripping over a water hose and tragically impaling herself on a fence. Heartbroken yet fueled by rage, Eve coerces Phil into the vehicle to find the next victim, Laura, who is chained from the ceiling. After freeing Laura, Phil maliciously claims that Eve plans to take her place. In a chaotic struggle, Eve is forced to defend herself, resulting in Laura’s accidental death and Phil receiving a gunshot wound to his leg.

Eve captures Phil again, binding him with duct tape as they journey towards the next house where they discover Lea (Bianca Malinowski), yet another girl in chains. As they hatch a plan, intruders, a fat man and a skinny one, break in, preparing to assault Lea. Recognizing the skinny man as her previous attacker, Eve retaliates by shooting them both, eliminating the threat – yet not without complications.

Lea joins Eve, proceeding to an abandoned warehouse where they encounter more captive girls, who explain they’ve been brought there but are helpless to escape. Eve tasks Lea with protecting the girls and obtaining help while she confronts Phil again in the van. Unfortunately, she is ambushed by Phil and a tall accomplice, which leads to a struggle. Just then, Lea surprises them, saving Eve by dispatching the assailant. Their alliance solidifies as they then head toward the last house.

Upon entering, Eve is met with terror as she finds her boyfriend, Ronnie, in a deeply unsettling situation. He spins a tale implying he was searching for her, but soon the truth comes crashing down when Eve discovers the final captive, Katrina, inside a closet. Realization strikes: both Ronnie and Phil orchestrated the kidnappings, including Eve’s own. In a fit of rage, Eve confronts Ronnie, and gunfire erupts, eliminating the last vestige of betrayal.

With the police finally responding at the warehouse and rescuing the remaining girls, Eve’s thirst for revenge culminates as she doles out yet another justice. She drives Phil to his home, claiming this “final address.” In a state of panic, Phil begs her not to reveal his true nature to his wife and daughter, but to no avail. Eve throws him in front of his home, and as his family reacts in horror, she lingers outside, a vengeful specter ready to confront the aftermath of her liberation.

The film concludes with Eve leaving the scene, a haunting and bloody visage, her face twisted in a satisfied yet cold expression, suggesting she may return to settle the unresolved score with Phil and the darkness that shrouded her life.
