Royce and Reethu's life is shattered by a devastating accident that leaves Reethu amnesiac. The event fractures their marriage and casts her memories into a fog. In the years that follow, they struggle to rebuild amidst uncertainty.

Eight years later they live at a hill station near Kottayam with two children, Emma and Ryan. Reethu becomes obsessed with painting Bougainvillea flowers, and Royce quietly stores her paintings at his farmhouse, feigning a sale.

Student Chaya Karthikeyan goes missing, and ACP David Koshy identifies Reethu as a prime suspect because she was seen near the hostel around the time of disappearance. The investigation begins to unveil the truth.

During interrogation, Reethu denies being at the hostel when Chaya disappeared and recalls seeing Rema instead. Alibis from Rema and her husband Biju are questioned, while David learns that Reethu's world may be distorted and that the couple's children might be imaginary.

Biju decides to keep Rema away for Reethu's safety, and Royce promises to shield her from trouble while bringing Rema back home. However, his actions blur the lines between guardian and suspect as Rema becomes entangled in the case.

After some introspection, Reethu recalls that she herself was beside Chaya, not Rema. The memory shift tightens the web of deceit surrounding the disappearances.

Two more girls go missing, and Meera Yashodara, an expert criminologist, is brought in to interrogate Reethu. She aims to uncover the pattern behind the disappearances and the truth about Reethu's involvement.

Meera interrogates Reethu; Reethu claims she remembers drowning while trying to recall the past. Reethu also reveals she writes down experiences on papers under her bed, only to have them mysteriously vanish.

David and Meera visit Manu Philip, the doctor who treated Reethu after the accident, to seek more history. Meera also conducts hearing therapy to elicit evidence, but finds nothing decisive.

One night Reethu, with Biju and Rema, goes to Meera's house and discovers she is missing. In a shocking twist, Royce kidnaps and sedates Meera at his ancestral house.

Reethu arrives at the ancestral home with Biju and Rema to inform Royce about Meera; Royce imprisons them, kills Biju, and tries to force Reethu and Rema to stay.

Royce burns Reethu's Bougainvillea paintings, triggering a flash of her past. She learns the truth about Royce’s role in the kidnappings and the cover-up.

Meera regains strength and strangles Royce; Royce retaliates, but Reethu shoots him while Rema strikes back, avenging Biju's death. David arrives to take control as the truth comes to light.

David reveals Royce's true identity and that Esther (Reethu) was the survivor, not another victim. The case closes with Royce in jail and Esther reclaiming her name.

Esther, now aware of her real name, goes to meet Royce in jail, while the full truth about the disappearances remains exposed. The story closes on the survivor moving forward with her identity restored.
