Former Delta Force soldier Roy Pulver finds himself in a desperate quest to unravel the complexities of his life. He is trapped in an endless loop, reliving the same day over and over again in Atlanta, starting each cycle at exactly 07:00 AM.

As Roy relives the day, he becomes increasingly aware of the dangers surrounding him. He learns that an assassin is hiding in his apartment, while another threat persists from a gunman stationed in a helicopter outside.

Roy visits his estranged wife Jemma at Dynow Labs under the pretense of a job interview. Tension rises as they discuss their son Joe, with Jemma misleading him by saying that Roy is just a family friend, complicating their already strained relationship.

Colonel Clive Ventor discovers Roy at Dynow Labs and orders his removal from the premises. Jemma, however, secretly obtains a sample of Roy's hair, hinting at her ulterior motives.

During one loop, Roy tries to reach out to Jemma but is informed by Ventor that she was killed in a lab accident just the day before. This news intensifies Roy's suspicions about Jemma's death and sets him on a path of discovery.

Roy manages to spend the day with his son Joe at Underground Atlanta, striving to protect him from the truth about Jemma's death. However, chaos ensues when assassins target Roy, forcing him to sacrifice himself to save Joe.

After waking up again, Roy discovers he has been tracked by dental devices implanted by Alice, a date from the previous night. This prompts him to devise a plan to remove the tracker and infiltrate Dynow Labs.

As Roy infiltrates Dynow Labs, he faces numerous guards and assassins while also confronting Colonel Ventor. In a heated exchange, Ventor reveals his sinister intentions behind Jemma's project, the Osiris Spindle.

Ventor discloses that the Osiris Spindle is a revolutionary quantum device capable of rewriting history. He admits responsibility for Jemma's death, raising the stakes as Roy learns the dire consequences of activating the Spindle.

Roy deciphers a hidden message related to Osiris, the Egyptian god of the afterlife, found in a birthday gift from Jemma. This revelation leads him to believe that Jemma had strategically placed him in the Spindle to stop Ventor.

Roy hones his sword-fighting skills under the guidance of Dai Feng. He prepares himself for the ultimate confrontation with Ventor while learning to use the lessons from his loops to his advantage.

After defeating Ventor's forces, Roy discovers the horrifying truth that the assassins were actually after Joe. He arrives too late to save him, resulting in an apocalyptic event triggered by the Osiris Spindle.

In the days that follow, Roy mourns the loss of Joe, reliving moments in loops filled with grief. A sudden realization strikes him about a call Jemma made to Joe earlier, igniting hope that she might still be alive.

Determined to change the past, Roy identifies the exact moment of Jemma's death and launches a rescue mission using a helicopter. He eliminates the waiting assassins at Dynow and confronts Ventor before it's too late.

After saving Jemma, Roy warns her about the world's impending doom and faces a crucial choice about entering the Osiris Spindle. Their emotional farewell leads him to step into the unknown, marking the beginning of a new cycle.
