The story follows the feared Kochi underworld boss known as “Current Bhargavan” (Mammootty), who is perpetually flanked by his comically inept henchmen Johny and Mohan Jose. Suddenly stripped of his confidence, Bhargavan finds himself unable to lift a gun or resort to violence. While wandering, he overhears a televised lecture by the celebrated psychiatrist Dr Shantharam (Sreenivasan), who boasts he could even rehabilitate someone like Bin Laden. Intrigued and desperate, Bhargavan compels the doctor to treat him, setting off a series of humorous attempts to restore the don’s fearsome reputation.
