Beast of Blood

On the voyage after leaving Blood Island, the ship carrying Dr. Bill Foster, Sheila Willard, her father, and Carlos Lopez explodes after the chlorophyll-mutated Don Ramon Lopez is discovered aboard. The Beasts rampage through the wreckage, destroying the vessel and sealing its fate at sea. Foster is the only survivor from the voyage, while Don Ramon vanishes into the chaos and later washes up on Blood Island.

Don Ramon Lopez survives the wreck, washes ashore on Blood Island, and drags himself into the jungle to continue his rampage. The island's natives react with fear and confusion, unaware of the monster's return. The creature's presence foreshadows a new cycle of terror.

After several months of recovery in a hospital, Dr. Bill Foster boards another ship bound for Blood Island. He is accompanied by reporter Myra Russell, who is investigating the earlier explosion. The voyage marks the uneasy return to Blood Island and the looming confrontation.

Foster and Myra land on Blood Island to find the locals gripped by fear, convinced the old Lopez mansion is cursed. The village headman Ramu and the ship's captain join them as they search the mansion for clues. They discover Razak alive, adding to the mystery surrounding the island.

The green men return and Myra is captured, taken to Dr. Lorca, who is still alive but horribly scarred from his earlier apparent demise. Foster and Laida push to uncover Lorca's whereabouts and the threat he poses. Lorca's presence signals the resurrection of the island's old terror.

Foster and Laida trek into the mountains and uncover Lorca's hidden laboratory. In the lab, Lorca's latest experiments are revealed: Don Ramon's head has been removed and attached to machines, while the decapitated body lies strapped to a table. The head is capable of speech, but it refuses to reveal anything.

Laida returns to the village to seek help, leaving Foster and the others momentarily to face Lorca's schemes alone. While Laida is away, Lorca demonstrates more of his experiments to Foster, showing the living Don Ramon head guiding the connected body. The ominous demonstration deepens the sense of imminent danger.

Captain, Laida, and Ramu lead an assault on Lorca's headquarters, clashing with his guards. During the raid, Laida finds her father showing signs of chlorophyll poisoning and manages to rescue him. Foster shoots Razak, eliminating one of the island's threats.

Don Ramon's severed head, controlled by the beast, orders the body to attack Lorca. The creature exacts its vengeance by crushing Lorca's head with a piece of machinery. The laboratory erupts in an explosion, destroying Lorca's research and killing everyone inside.

With Lorca defeated and the lab destroyed, Foster and the remaining survivors depart Blood Island carrying a box of Lorca's papers and notes. The documents hint at further implications of the experiments and potential consequences for the wider world. The island's nightmare seems to end for now, though its future remains uncertain.
