Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League

Batman and his allies return from the past to discover that the world has changed significantly, with Japan and the Justice League missing. They notice that only those who previously time-traveled can see the interdimensional rift above Gotham City, indicating a drastic shift in reality.

Yakuza from Hinomoto start raining from the skies over Gotham City using an interdimensional rift, causing chaos and confusion. Batman and Robin realize that Hinomoto is a parallel universe invading Earth, and only time travelers can see the rift.

Batman and Robin utilize the rift to travel to Hinomoto, the parallel Japan, while Nightwing, Red Hood, and Red Robin stay behind to handle remaining yakuza forces. This marks their shift into different missions within the overarching conflict.

The Bat family members are ambushed by the Yakuza League, a corrupt force resembling a twisted Justice League led by the Hagane clan. They face off against members like Emerald Ray, Aqua Dragon, and Fleet of Foot, defending themselves fiercely.

Eagle Goddess of the Amazone clan explains how the Hagane clan rose to power after corrupting the Yakuza, and introduces their leader, Man of Steel, an alternate Superman. She highlights the ongoing conflict between honor and corruption within Hinomoto.

Harley Quinn and Joker escape from prison after hearing about the Yakuza invasions in Gotham. They team up with Eagle Goddess to aid in the fight against the Yakuza and the Hagane clan, adding their chaos to the conflict.

Batman and Robin are ambushed by Man of Steel during their departure from Hinomoto. Robin is kidnapped by the Hagane clan, revealing Ra’s al Ghul’s involvement in creating this alternate reality through the Quake Engine.

Batman is rescued by Joker and Harley Quinn, who only aim to kill him before fleeing. Meanwhile, Robin is taken to Hagane Castle where Ra’s al Ghul plans to destroy Gotham and reshape Earth in his image.

Back at the Batcave, the remaining Bat family devises plans to counter the Yakuza League and rushes to confront Ra’s at Hagane base, preparing gear against Kryptonian threats such as a Kryptonite brass knuckle left by Superman.

Batman fights and subdues Man of Steel using kryptonite-based gear, overcoming his Kryptonian might in a tense showdown. This marks a pivotal moment in weakening the Hagane clan's strongest enforcer.

Ra’s activates the Quake Engine, turning it invisible and threatening Gotham's destruction. The Bat family works to reveal and shut down the device, while Eagle Goddess fights Ra’s to prevent Earth’s annihilation.

The Quake Engine’s temporal paradox causes the Yakuza League and Eagle Goddess to see visions of their heroic counterparts, blurring lines between heroes and villains and complicating their loyalties.

Batman retrieves the key to deactivate the Quake Engine amid chaos, preventing the castle from crushing Gotham. The temporal paradox begins transforming the Yakuza League into their heroic counterparts from Hinomoto’s Justice League.

The Hinomoto-Justice League heroes are restored to their proper timeline after the engine's shutdown. The Bat family is thanked for their help, and the timeline is fully restored to its original state.

With the timeline fixed, Batman receives calls from the Justice League for a weekly meeting, signaling renewed hope. Robin, however, is embarrassed by his old hairstyle, refusing an offer to wear a wig, highlighting ongoing personal quirks.
