Yahya, a young devout man, works at an AIDS hospice, unlike his colleagues: he dresses like ordinary people, speaks little and devotes himself to helping patients. The hospice’s director, a doctor, enjoys torturing those under his care and has created a research area called “Heaven,” a space patients refer to while he studies HIV.
