Maya, a young television reporter, takes up the responsibility of bringing up a few orphans she picked up from the streets, including Devan. This establishes her nurturing role and sets Devan up as a central child whose talents will drive key plot moments.

Devan is introduced as a child prodigy with a computer-like mind and exceptional academic and extracurricular abilities. His talents position him as a key character in Maya's circle and the unfolding events.

Shekhar, a scientist, works on an invisibility potion and successfully experiments with it on a rabbit. Devan witnesses the test, hints at the potential power behind the project.

On the day of the successful rabbit experiment, Shekhar is urgently called to the U.S. because his daughter Sunitha meets with an accident. His departure leaves his work temporarily in limbo.

Maya's boyfriend Roy, a journalist, is jailed after being framed for murder by influential politicians. With the help of Collector Anita Williams, Maya shoots a video showing the baddies accepting bribes from Arab businessmen.

Maya presents the clip to Radharamanan, who is thrilled and agrees to telecast it after discussions with the board of directors. The plan signals a major exposure of the corruption network.

Nazar, Divakaran, Yunus Kunju and the other influential figures learn about the clip and begin chasing the memory card that contains it. They move to derail the broadcast and silence the evidence.

On the very day Shekhar leaves for the U.S., Maya is kidnapped by Nazar and his group. The abduction leaves Maya's allies desperate for evidence and options to save her.

Devan sneaks into Shekhar's lab, drinks the invisibility potion, and becomes invisible. He then sets out to rescue Maya from her captors.

Devan successfully rescues Maya, but in the process the memory card containing the evidence is lost. The rescue redeems Maya but leaves the crucial footage out of reach for now.

With Devan's help, Maya and Radharamanan secure Roy's release on bail. Shortly after, Nazar abducts Roy and, with Yunus's help, kills him.

Shekhar returns from the U.S. and plans to make Devan visible again. He believes revealing his power will help the fight for justice.

Devan retrieves the memory card from his pockets and hands it over to Radharamanan. Nazar's henchmen attempt to seize it, but Shekhar arrives to save Radharamanan and protect the evidence.

Radharamanan proceeds to telecast the clip. When Yunus tries to shoot him, Devan intervenes and is shot. The potion's side effect mutates him into a giant monster who defeats the villains and saves a child.

After the final confrontation, Devan departs to the deep ocean with the memory of the family he fought for. The film closes on the note that he will return as Athisayan to continue the fight for justice.
