Arthur and the Invisibles

10-year-old Arthur Montgomery enjoys a peaceful life in the picturesque countryside of Northeastern Connecticut. He lives with his loving grandmother, Daisy, in a modest farmhouse, where she entertains him with tales of adventure from her late husband, Archibald.

Arthur feels the absence of his parents, who are constantly seeking job opportunities elsewhere. This familial gap is filled by Daisy's enchanting stories, sparking Arthur's imagination and fascination with tales of far-off lands and legendary figures.

The tranquility of Arthur and Daisy's life is disrupted when Ernest Davido, a ruthless developer, issues an eviction threat. He demands an astonishing sum of money within two days, placing severe pressure on the duo to save their home.

In desperation to save their farmhouse, Arthur embarks on a daring quest to uncover hidden treasures left by his grandfather, Archibald. His adventure leads him to various clues that hint at the magical world of the Minimoys.

As Arthur investigates Archibald's legacy, he inadvertently shrinks himself down to the size of the Minimoys. There, he encounters the Bogo Matassalai, who guard the precious rubies connected to his grandfather's treasure.

Within the Minimoy realm, Arthur discovers that the once-hero Maltazard has become a tyrant. He rules with an iron fist, supported by a sinister partnership with a weevil and its menacing offspring, Darkos, instilling fear throughout the land.

Throughout his journey, Arthur learns about his destined greatness as he channels the bravery of his namesake. Armed with a mythical sword, he teams up with Selenia and Betameche, embarking on an adventure to confront Maltazard's forces.

Guided by Sifrat, the kind-hearted ruler of the Minimoys, Arthur and his companions undertake a perilous trek to Necropolis. Along the way, they are ambushed multiple times by Maltazard's relentless minions, testing their resolve.

In a pivotal moment, Selenia expresses her trust and affection for Arthur, designating him as her expected husband and potential successor. This declaration strengthens their bond and motivates Arthur to fight for their future.

Upon reaching Necropolis, Arthur and his friends fall into Maltazard's clutches. The villain is enraged to learn of Selenia's choice of Arthur as her mate, leading to a dramatic confrontation filled with tension and danger.

In a surprising twist, Archibald reveals himself to be a Minimoy, having been hidden in plain sight. He and Arthur devise a daring escape plan, showcasing the power of their familial bond and bravery against Maltazard.

With time running out, Arthur collaborates with Mino, a loyal advisor's son, to avert a catastrophic flood that Maltazard intends to unleash. This selfless act forces Maltazard to retreat, saving the Minimoys from disaster.

To resolve the immediate threat posed by Ernest Davido, Archibald presents him with one of the precious rubies. However, this act of sacrifice leads to Archibald being captured by the Bogo Matassalai for his greed.

As the enchanting saga comes to a close, Arthur turns to Selenia, requesting her to wait for his return. She agrees, leaving a promise thruming with hope, anticipation, and the possibility of a future together.
