In Kochi, psychologist Anwar Hussain works as a consulting criminologist for the police. One night, DYSP Abraham Koshy is abducted and his corpse is found in a gypsum field, eyes and heart removed. The autopsy shows zolpidem presence but no signs of coercion, hinting at a calculated killer.

A few days later, another police officer goes missing and is found dead in the police station backyard, accompanied by a Lady Justice figurine. The autopsy again reveals zolpidem, and the CCTV footage has been tampered with, suggesting a security hacker is at work.

Anwar identifies a similar artefact at the earlier crime scene from forensic photos, tying the murders together. The autopsies match, reinforcing that the killer is a hacker capable of compromising security systems.

Catherine formulates a plan where two officers patrol at 100-meter intervals to lure the killer, while Anwar teams up with hacker Andrew to trace cyber footprints. The strategy marks a tactical escalation in the investigation.

During the operation, Catherine's driver Paulson is abducted. His scooter camera captures a wolf-masked man and another voice, indicating a two-person team. Paul's body is later found delivered to Anwar's house in a refrigerator box.

A fingerprint of a cocaine dealer named Shameer Abdulla leads the team to a cottage, where a mummified corpse is found. It turns out to be a decoy, diverting investigators from the true killer.

Anwar discovers a distinct signature imprinted on the figurine and learns it belongs to Sudhakar Devalokam, the sculptor. Sudhakar explains he made five figurines for two men who blindsided him, hinting at a larger conspiracy.

CI Sharathchandran is abducted; alongside the figurine is a fidget spinner. His body is dumped on a Kochi Metro train by a woman, heightening the sense of a coordinated, symbolic killer.

Catherine is replaced by ACP Prakash Seetharam, signaling a leadership change as the investigation presses on. The new chief maintains the pursuit of the elusive killer.

Anwar theorizes that victims are hypnotized with zolpidem before kidnapping, with Tenormin acting as a counterdrug. He recalls a spinner connected to a homicidal psychopath named Simon, who is reportedly dead in prison after an explosion; Anwar remains unconvinced by the official story.

Sudhakar mentions a sixth figurine and paints a canvas based on his daughter’s description, leading Anwar to suspect psychologist Dr. Benjamin Louis. Sudhakar explains he made five figurines for two men who betrayed him, pointing to a deeper motive.

Benjamin Louis is connected to a troubled past: his sister Rebecca was impregnated by a priest Bennet Franko, and their father Louis was framed for assault and committed suicide. The backstory suggests a motive rooted in family trauma and institutional corruption.

Anwar deduces the first three murders were decoys; the actual targets are Sharathchandran and Anil Madhavan. He heads to warn Anil but finds only his deserted car, signaling an imminent confrontation.

Anwar and two officers intercept Benjamin before he can strike Anil. Benjamin overpowers them and chokes Anwar, but Catherine arrives just in time to save him. Benjamin is arrested but later killed in a fake encounter during transit.

A girl visits Anil at his apartment and, after she leaves, Anwar discovers Anil is dead. He realises the killer was the girl, who is revealed, through a final glance, to be Rebecca, leaving the case with a chilling personal vendetta and unanswered questions.
