Andre the Butcher

Jimbo drives a deserted Florida road while Cookie performs fellatio and Jasmine watches from the backseat. Their distraction causes Jimbo to swerve and hit a utility pole, damaging the car. They decide to seek help and stumble upon a vacant house.

The group investigates the empty-looking house and chooses to wait for help. Jimbo and Kristy head back toward the car, while Cookie and Jasmine stay behind. Cookie and Jasmine’s interaction turns intimate as they share a lesbian moment.

Escaped convicts Tober and Hoss enter Andre's house, force Cookie and Jasmine into the living room at gunpoint, and take control. Sheriff Cooper arrives, questions the residents, and is fatally sidelined when Hoss knocks him out and handcuffs him to the fridge. The convicts then drive away in the Sheriff’s patrol car.

Jimbo and Kristy share a moment by a tree, but Andre ambushes them. He lures Kristy away and kills her, then throws a knife at Jimbo, pinning him to the tree. Deputy Hollingsworth arrives and rescues Jimbo, and they head back toward the lodge.

Jimbo returns with Hollingsworth, and they join the others at the lodge. Hollingsworth takes control of the situation and begins to organize a defense against Andre. Tension escalates as the danger from the trapped convicts looms.

As Tober’s group drives away in the Sheriff's car, Andre blocks their path on the road. Tober tries to shoot him but is dragged from the car and killed. The remaining trio—Hoss, Jasmine, and Cookie—flee back toward the house.

Back at the lodge, Hollingsworth and Jimbo confront Hoss and isolate Sheriff Cooper’s held status. Hollingsworth handcuffs Hoss in the kitchen while Jasmine pleads with him not to uncuff the Sheriff. The tension heightens as danger closes in.

The television inexplicably turns on and reveals the sins of Kristy and Sheriff Cooper. Andre arrives and murders the Sheriff, then Hollingsworth shoots at Andre. Andre retreats, but later returns and kills Jimbo and Cookie.

In the basement, Jasmine discovers Andre is supernatural rather than human. A flashback reveals his origin in the 1950s as a meat market owner whose wife and daughter died, driving him to murder customers. The townspeople lynch him, bury him, and his soul is sent to hell, but the devil makes him a head recruiter on Earth.

Hoss, Jasmine, and Hollingsworth flee with two jugs of holy water blessed by Hoss to locate and bless Andre's grave. On the way, Andre pursues them and the holy water jars shatter, spilling the blessed liquid.

With no water left, Hoss uses his urine as a substitute to bless the grave, guided by Jasmine. He pours the blessed liquid onto the grave and completes the ritual that can destroy Andre’s demon form.

The blessed grave ritual destroys Andre, ending his threat. Hoss and Jasmine survive the ordeal, though both are badly wounded. Jimbo and Cookie are revealed to have been killed earlier by Andre, leaving the couple as the survivors.
