Majka, nicknamed “Chatterbox,” is a teenage girl with a minor physical disability. Her mother constantly scolds her for the way she walks, while classmates mock her and call her “duck.” Amid an innocent first romance and a secret friendship, she gets little understanding from her parents and faces cruelty from peers. Seeking comfort, she finds refuge with her grandmother and retreats into her own vivid fantasy world.
