Chief Col. Mahadev is interrogated about the mission to kill two terrorists. He reveals that the two terrorists were working under a private organization called The Syndicate, headed by Central Minister Jitendra Reddy and a figure known as God. These revelations expose the larger conspiracy behind the operation.

Ricky, an aspiring RAW agent with big dreams, is identified as capable enough to be trusted with a dangerous undercover role. Mahadev assigns him to disguise himself as a rookie and infiltrate Dharma's close circle. The objective is to gather intelligence and identify Dharma's operations from within.

During the revelations, it is shown that God is actually Dharma, an ex-RAW agent who went rogue after Mahadev forced him to kill his girlfriend. Dharma now intends to spread a deadly virus called Super Cells. This twist reframes the threat as personal and systemic within RAW's past.

During a shootout with Mahadev, the device containing the virus is damaged, creating a critical technical problem. The compromised device jeopardizes Dharma's plan and forces the investigation to adapt. Ricky's role as infiltrator becomes more urgent as time ticks.

Ricky corners and kills Jitendra Reddy at the harbour, marking a decisive turn in the mission. He heads to Kashmir to learn about Dharma's other handler of The Syndicate. The violence triggers law enforcement attention, complicating Ricky's cover.

Following the harbour kill, Kashmiri police arrest Ricky, and Mahadev publicly denies him as an agent of the Indian government. The investigation makes Ricky's position precarious and draws him deeper into the mission's deception. The walls close in as loyalty to the mission clashes with national trust.

Ricky escapes custody with Dharma's help, revealing it was part of the plan all along. The escape shifts the mission's momentum and shows Dharma's influence over events. The truth about the arrest being a ruse is gradually uncovered.

The virus device is repaired and a meeting is arranged to sell it to the highest bidder. Mahadev learns of this from Ricky and tasks him with retrieving a copy of the device, which also lists the identities of all active RAW agents. The stakes escalate as both sides race to control the dangerous information.

Dharma discovers that Ricky is copying the device and confronts Mahadev, forcing a dire ultimatum. Dharma demands that Mahadev shoot himself or the virus will be unleashed worldwide through missiles. The tension heightens as loyalties fracture and the clock ticks.

Mahadev tells Ricky to shoot him, and Ricky reluctantly complies, killing his own handler. This act seals the betrayal and clears the path for Ricky to track Dharma. The confrontation ends with Ricky moving to confront Dharma and halt the impending attack.

Ricky tracks down Dharma, kills him, and stops the missiles from releasing the virus inside the country. The immediate threat is averted, but the mission leaves rippling consequences for RAW and Ricky's own future. The film closes with his next assignment being prepared.

During the credits, Ricky secretly receives a new mission titled Rabbit Fire. The scene hints at a continued, covert role for him within RAW. It sets up the possibility of further adventures and complications in his career.
