The action shifts between Earth, where Sonia's family lives and everyday life unfolds, and the distant planet Sargacia, home to the Finders and their advanced tech. On Earth, towns, schools, garages, and residential streets become stages for extraordinary confrontations. Sargacia provides the cosmic backdrop, with its long-lived Finders and the peril of the Anti-Life Equation shaping the conflict.

The pursuit of ultimate power through the Anti-Life Equation drives Secundus’s rampage and confronts Abraxas with a moral choice about using or abusing such power.
