Balakrishnan, a bank staff and heart patient who smokes and drinks heavily, is admitted to the hospital as his health deteriorates. He urgently needs a heart transplant but faces uncertainty about receiving a donor heart. Thankfully, he is placed on a waiting list for a transplant, highlighting his precarious health status.

Balakrishnan receives a successful heart transplant from Aby Mathew, a young man who died in a car accident. The surgery is performed after both families agree, bringing hope for Balakrishnan's recovery. His condition starts to improve gradually following the operation.

After being discharged, Balakrishnan visits his doctor to inquire about Aby, the heart donor. The doctor reluctantly provides him with Aby’s newspaper death report and photograph, sparking Balakrishnan’s curiosity about his anonymous donor.

Leaving the hospital, Balakrishnan encounters Aby's ghost, which begins to follow him everywhere, frightening him. Initially, he struggles to escape the ghost's hold, and his behavior makes his family believe he is losing his mind. Aby's presence remains unseen by others, creating a suspenseful and humorous situation.

Aby's ghost confesses to Balakrishnan that he was murdered unexpectedly by a man on a busy road. He was initially shot with a gun and then run over by a vehicle while heading to see his newborn child. Aby seeks Balakrishnan’s help to identify and confront his killer.

Balakrishnan, with the help of Aby’s ghost, visits Aby’s family and begins investigating his murder. He uncovers evidence suggesting that Aby was killed by a criminal named Benjamin Bruno, who later escapes from prison after a trick played by Aby's ghost. This leads to the discovery of a conspiracy involving Aby’s adopted brother, Alex.

It is revealed that Alex, Aby’s adopted brother, hired Benjamin Bruno to murder Aby to take over his businesses. Alex orchestrates the crime to inherit Aby's assets. The confrontation intensifies as Aby’s ghost uncovers the truth and relays this information to Balakrishnan.

Alex kidnaps Balakrishnan's family and threatens to destroy Aby’s heart unless they sign over his assets. Aby, possessing Damu’s body, fights and kills Alex to prevent further harm. As Alex’s ghost rises, Aby’s ghost and the villain face off, with Aby's ghost sending Alex’s spirit to hell. Balakrishnan and Aby lose their ability to communicate after the confrontation.

Following the climax, a divine light appears from the sky, and Aby’s ghost is transported to heaven. This signifies the resolution of his unresolved earthly mission and his ascension, bringing peace to his spirit.

Balakrishnan is left to reflect on the supernatural events and the justice served. His life gradually returns to normal, but the experience of interacting with Aby’s ghost leaves a lasting impact. The story concludes with a sense of closure for Aby’s spirit and the resolution of the murder mystery.
