Inbasekaran (Inba) R. Madhavan grows up in a harsh world where his brother’s abandonment pushes him toward violence. As he slides into a life of crime, he marries and brutalizes his wife, Sashi Meera Jasmine. To make ends meet and extend his grip, he accepts a contract under the guidance of a power broker, running errands and serving as a hitman for Selvanayagam, a calculating politician. The web of fear he spins tightens around him as he wields force to keep people in line, and his personal life starts to fracture under the weight of his choices.
Michael Vasanth Suriya is a charismatic and influential student leader who wants to shield college elections from corrupt influence. He is in love with his neighbor, Geethanjali, often called Geetha, Esha Deol. Geethanjali’s presence injects a fierce sense of duty into Michael’s world, but political pressure closes in. Selvanayagam receives news of student candidates and unlocks a ruthless playbook to push them out. When Michael refuses a bribe—an attempt to sway him away from the political arena—Inba moves in under Guna’s orders, using intimidation to try to silence the opposition. The clash escalates as Michael and his fellow students resist, facing brutal retaliation, and the struggle for integrity in campus politics becomes personal and dangerous.
Arjun Balakrishnan Siddharth is the carefree, pampered son of an IAS officer who dreams of a future in the US. He meets Meera and falls for her, a growing romance that contrasts sharply with the violence surrounding the other characters. Arjun’s life takes a dramatic turn after he encounters the chaos unleashed by Inba and Selvanayagam, and his path intersects with Michael’s fight in unexpected ways. When Michael is attacked on the bridge, Arjun’s courage compels him to stand up against the threats that loom over both of their lives.
The tension peaks as Inba discovers Michael’s recovery and pursues Arjun with increasing ferocity. Inba’s enforcers close in, but Arjun refuses to back down. The two men collide again in a tense showdown near the Napier Bridge, where the lines between right and wrong blur under the pressure of loyalty, fear, and ambition. Michael arrives just in time to turn the tide, and a climactic clash ensues in which Inba is overwhelmed. Michael, showing restraint even in victory, hands Inba over to the police, ensuring that justice (and punishment) follows.
Meanwhile, the politics behind the election take a heavier toll. Dilli Sriman begins to rethink his loyalties, aided by a surprising shift in heart, and Suchi Suchitra becomes entangled in the fallout of the campaign as schemes unravel. Guna [Praveen] and Selvanayagam’s grip on power loosens as the truth starts to surface, while Trilok remains a wary figure in the shadows. In the end, unity among Michael, Arjun, Suchi, and their allies helps them win four seats in the legislature, signaling a stand against corruption and a new beginning for those who chose integrity over fear.
