Aabra Ka Daabra

Shanu, Athit Naik, a 12-year-old boy, lives with his mother Shivani Shweta Tiwari and father Rahul Krrishna. Rahul is a skilled magician and escape artist, but one day he locks himself inside a sealed box and sinks it into the ocean, vanishing from sight. This heartbreaking loss shatters their world: Shanu and his mother struggle in harsh conditions, and the townspeople tease him, calling him the “son of a loser.” Yet fate offers a glimmer of hope when a sponsored competition lets him choose any school, and he selects the magical academy Aabra Ka Daabra.

On his first day at Aabra Ka Daabra, Shanu meets new friends and crosses paths with Limbu, Satish Kaushik, the school’s caretaker, and the stern principal Rang Birangi (RB), Nupur Mehta. Here he begins to master a variety of magical tricks and even learns to fly on a carpet, quickly rising among the top students. Behind the scenes, RB has a secret habit of sneaking off into the forest at night, which piques Shanu’s curiosity and curiosity-driven friends to secretly investigate.

Driven by that curiosity, the children borrow an invisibility pill from Limbu and shadow RB’s nocturnal wanderings, eventually uncovering a shocking truth: Rahul is imprisoned by Rang Birangi, who seeks to compel him to craft “amarsanjivani,” an immortality potion that he once created as a teacher at the academy. The revelation puts Shanu’s family in peril, and Rahul is drawn back into danger to protect his son.

Birangi’s menacing plot intensifies when she confronts Shanu and injects him with poison. To safeguard his child, Rahul perseveres, continuing work on the potion until he manages to heal Shanu. A dramatic magical duel unfolds between the factions, ending with Birangi vowing to return for revenge and vanishing into the shadows. In the aftermath, Shanu passes Birangi’s wand to his guardian, Dilbaug Singh, Satish Kaushik, sealing a fragile peace as celebrations erupt in Aabra Ka Daabra. Yet mystery lingers: Birangi’s wand vanishes from sight, and Zulu, the demon-winged servant, lingers in the wings, pondering RB’s fate and the wand’s disappearance. Also featured in a memorable cameo is Prabhu Deva, who appears in the song sequence “Shiv Om” to add extra sparkle to the magical world.
