A Good Day to Die Hard

John McClane travels to Russia because he learns his son Jack has been arrested. Despite years of estrangement, John rushes to Moscow to help Jack, arriving just as Jack and Komarov are being tried at the courthouse. John's motivation is purely paternal, rescuing his son from a dangerous situation in a foreign country.
