Raghava runs a breakfast center in his village with his father Kondal Rao. He dreams of opening a famous hotel in Guntur and begins planning how to make it happen. He and his friend Gopal search for a suitable site to house his future hotel.

Uncle Nageshwara Rao offers a shed for lease as a potential hotel site. Raghava declines the offer at first because of his complicated relationship with Nageshwara Rao's daughter Sandhya. The shed sits behind a giant tree and away from the city center, making it seem unsuitable.

With limited resources, Kondal Rao agrees to fund the venture using money from his chit fund. This backing makes the shed a viable option for starting the hotel project. The family hopes the shed will become the foundation of Raghava's dream.

The chit fund runner defaults on payments, threatening to derail the plans. Kondal Rao decides to liquidate his own land to pay for the shed and keep the project alive. Nageshwara Rao senses an opportunity and proposes exchanging Kondal Rao's land for the shed at a low price, setting a trap that Kondal Rao remains unaware of until later. Kondal Rao grows furious when the deception comes to light and blames Raghava.

Gopal, a mobile shop owner and astrology believer, loves Gouthami who works in Guntur. When her horoscope doesn't match, Gopal ends the pursuit, leaving Gouthami disappointed. He later begins to realize the consequences of his decision.

Raghava starts operating the hotel from the shed, but the new venture suffers heavy losses at the outset. It struggles to attract customers and generate profit. The slow start tests his resolve and delays his broader ambitions.

Raghava and Sandhya clear their misunderstandings and spend time together again. Their renewed closeness helps them navigate the pressures around the hotel project. The couple's bond strengthens as they press forward.

An Assistant Engineer from Nageshwara Rao's office becomes a prospective match for Sandhya, aided by Kondal Rao's increased land value. Nageshwara Rao pushes for the arrangement to advance his interests. The match ultimately falters when circumstances change and the families back off.

Nageshwara Rao eventually agrees to Raghava and Sandhya's marriage, but Raghava refuses to marry until the hotel becomes profitable. The tension between ambition and personal life frames the couple's decisions. Family and rival pressures continue to mount as they wait for success.

The chit fund organizer, who is also a hometown leader, commits suicide, saddening the community. Gopal realizes his mistakes and goes to apologize to those affected. The incident marks a pivot in his relationship with Gouthami as well as the town's trust in the chit fund system.

Gouthami proposes marriage to Gopal and expresses willingness to talk with his parents. She shows some initial apprehension about the step but remains hopeful. Her proposal signals a new beginning for their relationship.

Raghava recognizes his earlier overconfidence and starts addressing the hotel’s issues. He cleans up the dump yard behind his hotel site and crafts a new Bombay chutney recipe, which helps attract customers again. A rival hotel with a similar name opens to compete, and Raghava confronts the challenge with renewed resolve.
