Meanwhile, a family Realtor arrives at the house to film a testimonial about the property. During the filming, the ghost of Helen unexpectedly manifests through Maria, revealing her tragic backstory directly to them. She confesses that her vendetta against the town and the school system was born out of desperation and grief.
