In 1964 New York City, a brutal crime deeply impacts a close-knit community, but witnesses remain detached and unresponsive. The story follows three families as they grapple with their own personal challenges and hidden struggles. The unfolding tragedy serves as a disturbing reflection of human nature, exposing the complexities of morality and the capacity for indifference when faced with suffering. The film explores how individual crises can contribute to a collective apathy and examines the consequences of silence.
