2 Days in the Valley

In the dark of night, hitmen Lee Woods and Dosmo Pizzo infiltrate a home in San Fernando Valley. They seek to execute their grim plan against the unsuspecting couple, Becky and Roy Foxx, who are peacefully sleeping.

Lee Woods administers a tranquilizer to Becky, ensuring she remains unconscious. In a shocking act, he turns the gun on Roy, executing him with a single, fatal shot to the head.

After the murder, Lee and Dosmo drive to a remote area off Mulholland Drive. There, in a brutal twist of fate, Lee shoots his partner Dosmo, incinerating the vehicle to erase evidence and make Dosmo a scapegoat.

With law enforcement on the lookout, Lee escapes with Helga Svelgen to a secluded hotel bungalow. They attempt to lay low while the fallout from their crime starts to gain attention.

Unbeknownst to Lee, Dosmo survives the gunshot due to a bulletproof vest. Injured and angry, he takes refuge in the mansion of art dealer Allan Hopper, taking him and his assistant Susan hostage.

Allan calls for his sister Audrey, a nurse, to attend to his injuries. As she makes her way to the mansion, she crosses paths with Teddy Peppers, an agitated TV producer who is contemplating his own troubles.

Becky wakes up to a horrifying scene—Roy’s lifeless body beside her. In a panic, she rushes outside for help and flags down two detectives, Wes and Alvin, who arrive to investigate the gruesome crime.

As the detectives probe for answers, it is revealed that Becky orchestrated Roy's murder, hiring Lee and Dosmo without realizing the tragedy that would transpire. This revelation shifts the perspective on the unfolding events.

Audrey arrives at Allan's home to find herself taken hostage by Dosmo, who needs medical assistance for his injuries. The situation escalates as tensions rise between the captors and hostages.

In a reckless move, Lee returns to the crime scene to retrieve the hidden money. Encountering detectives Creighton and Carla, he resorts to violence, killing both in a desperate attempt to cover his tracks.

A violent struggle unfolds between Becky and Helga in Lee's bungalow over a gun. In the chaos, Helga is seriously injured, allowing Becky to escape just as Helga's fury leads her to shoot at her, but she misses.

Helga, desperate and wounded, makes her way to Becky's home where Lee is waiting. In a moment of cold calculation, Lee prepares to finish Helga, but his weapon jams, creating an unexpected turn of events.

The situation culminates in a violent confrontation between Dosmo and Lee, leading to chaos. Wes, caught in the crossfire, suffers grave injuries, escalating the already tense situation.

Just when Lee seems to be in control, an unexpected ally, Teddy, intervenes. He fatally shoots Lee, which alters the course of events, allowing Dosmo to escape with the money.

The film wraps up with Teddy attending an anniversary party hosted by Audrey. Dosmo and Susan drive away from Los Angeles together, dreaming of starting fresh with plans to open a pizzeria in Brooklyn.
