You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah!

Stacy Friedman, a young girl, eagerly looks forward to her bat mitzvah, a significant Jewish coming-of-age ceremony. She dreams of sharing this special moment with her best friend, Lydia, and hopes to secure a dance with her crush, Andy Goldfarb, cementing the importance of this day in her life.

As the bat mitzvah approaches, Stacy's excitement leads to increased tension with her parents, Bree and Danny. They each have their own ideas about what a 'perfect' celebration should entail, creating a conflict that Stacy feels deeply impacts her future.

During a day out with Lydia at the house of popular girl Kym Chang Cohen, the group meets Andy and his friends.
