On a remote mountain resort in West Virginia, a tranquil escape quickly spirals into danger as brutal violence reveals the true face of Hobbs Springs. The resort is run by the stern, unsettling pair Jackson [Chris Jarvis] and his sister Sally [Sadie Katz], whose care for the place hints at darker motives lurking behind the friendly smiles. The trio of Hillicker brothers—Three Finger [Radoslav Parvanov], Saw Tooth [Danko Jordanov], and One Eye [Asen Asenov]—emerge as a grim, primal threat, and their gruesome act against a pair of bikers on the trail foreshadows the brutal rituals that will unfold within these walls.

Danny [Anthony Ilott] arrives with his girlfriend Toni [Aqueela Zoll], his cousin Rod [Billy Ashworth], and friends Vic [Rollo Skinner], Charlie [Harry Belcher], and Jillian [Roxanne Pallett], accompanied by Bryan [Joe Gaminara]. They come seeking inheritance and a new start, but the hotel’s eerie atmosphere and the family’s unsettling dynamics quickly shed any pretense of hospitality. Agnes Fields, an elderly guest, is found slain in a shocking display of violence that underscores how closed-off and dangerous this place has become.

As disappearances mount, Sheriff Doucette [Kicker Robinson] begins to suspect foul play among the resort’s inhabitants, yet the truth remains obscured by fear and the hush of the surrounding woods. The group’s suspicion shifts as the tension between Danny and his new “family” intensifies, and Vic takes a dangerous detour into the forest, witnessing a horrific act that confirms the locals’ terrifying secret.

Jillian and Bryan decide to pry open the resort’s hidden corners for money, and their discovery of a basement leading to an underground bathhouse marks a turning point. The pair’s uneasy romantic moment is cut short by a sudden, vicious attack from the cannibal clan, leaving Bryan badly wounded and Jillian mortally endangered. Sally intervenes at a critical moment, dragging Bryan away and enforcing a brutal fate, a moment that will haunt everyone who remains.

The next day, Danny is drawn deeper into a family history he never asked for, as Jackson and Sally introduce him to their long-lost cannibal relatives. Vic, who has followed the disturbing conversation, is captured in a brutal ritual that ends with a grave act meant to welcome him into the clan. The group then discovers the shocking truth: the Hillickers are cooking the dismembered remains for consumption, a revelation that solidifies the group’s resolve to leave—but not everyone makes it out.

A tense confrontation erupts as Toni tries to reason with Danny and halt the growing madness. In a violent exchange, Toni confronts Sally in the bathhouse, where she fights back and ends up disfiguring Sally and shooting off her leg with a rifle. Enraged, Jackson orders Danny to kill Toni, but he hesitates long enough for Toni to escape. Jackson pursues, and Toni’s daring retaliation culminates in a brutal act that ends Jackson’s life with a decisive stab to the head using the bathhouse’s keys.

The carnage does not end with Jackson’s death. Danny’s anger over Toni’s actions leads him to align with the cannibals, and the brutal cycle continues as the clan exacts vengeance on Toni. In the end, Toni is killed by the very system she tried to disrupt, a harsh reminder of the price of resistance in a place where humanity has long since been consumed.

One year after the resort reopens as Hillicker Springs, Danny assumes the role of manager and, disturbingly, continues the family tradition by sharing the bathhouse with Sally as other Hillickers watch—everyday life reimagined as a macabre performance that blurs the line between business and blood sport. The resort’s haunting legacy persists, leaving a lingering sense that the cycle will endure as long as the hills stand watch.
