Fast bikes and fierce competition set the stage, fast women adding a wild edge. Billy Robinson, the hottest hot‑rodder on the pro motorcycle‑racing circuit, returns home in triumph to bask in the crowd’s adulation. His success provokes bitter jealousy from local wannabe riders, and when a hometown race is organized, Billy must shift gears and go head‑to‑head with his best friend Rick for the top prize.
