During the 1999 NATO bombing of Belgrade, producer Sergei’s film collapses amid financial strain. State Security officer Mileta arrives looking for American co‑producer Harvey; Sergei hides him to avoid arrest. Sergei pretends to launch a patriotic film starring Harvey, securing state backing, but a clash erupts at the premiere as Mileta accuses them.
