In the film’s climax, Vivo, Gabi, and the sea‑turtle Sand Dollars finally make it to Miami just before Marta’s farewell concert. The original sheet of Andrés’s “last song” is lost in the swamp, but the melody lives on in Vivo’s head and the lyrics echo in Gabi’s memory. Together they reconstruct the piece from heart‑memory alone, proving that the music itself is what Andrés wanted to give her.

Arriving at the Mambo Cabana, Gabi rushes toward the stage, only to be intercepted by her mother Rosa, who has been chasing her ever since the adventure began. In the hurried scramble Gabi is forced to slip away, promising Vivo that they’ll meet again. Meanwhile, Marta steps onto the stage and sings the very song Andrés wrote for her, delivering the emotional closure Andrés never got to witness.

After the performance, Vivo catches up with Gabi and Rosa. Rosa finally understands that Gabi’s wild journey was not a lie but a heartfelt tribute to her late grandfather, and she welcomes Vivo as part of the family. The three of them watch Marta’s performance together, sharing a moment of bittersweet joy that honors Andrés’s love and his final wish.

The story then jumps forward to Key West, where Gabi has turned her creativity into a “techno street organ” that she plays alongside Vivo. The plaza fills with music, and the friends—Gabi, Rosa, Sand Dollars, and even Marta—join the celebration, turning Andrés’s unfinished song into a living, communal anthem. In this warm finale, the characters find a new rhythm together, showing that love and music can bridge loss and create fresh beginnings.
