In Las Vegas, 300‑year‑old vampire Sylvian commissions Dr. van Helm to create a sun‑proof serum, using three vampire women as test subjects in the desert. A camping couple witnesses a failed trial and alerts Detectives Stanton and O’Hara. Simultaneously, Jason’s bachelor party—joined by friends and two strippers who turn out to be vampires—spirals into chaos. Rachel and her friend Nikki arrive to surprise Jason, only for the entire group to be seized by Sylvian, who plans to feed his pack and further test the cure.
