Venus, the goddess of love, grows envious of the mortal beauty Psyche and blames her pet unicorn Unico for Psyche’s good fortune. Unico possesses a mysterious power that brings joy to anyone he meets, whether through his gentle nature or his magical horn. Furious, Venus banishes him, and the West Wind carries Unico across time and space. He lands in a heavily polluted city, where he encounters a frail girl named Chiko, whose health is failing because a nearby factory cloaks the sky in smog. Determined to help, Unico vows to lift her spirits, heal her illness, and bring down the toxic factory.
